[New Blog] JPMorgan’s $4 Trillion Move Isn’t About Crypto. It’s About the Future of Assets.
JPMorgan just launched a tokenized money market fund on Ethereum. For a bank of that size, this isn’t a crypto experiment – it’s a sign that tokenization is becoming part of core financial infrastructure.
In our new article, we look at:
• Why tokenization didn’t stall because of weak tech, but because of legal and compliance friction
• How Blocksquare focuses on the “boring but critical” work of aligning real estate law with DeFi
• Why our white-label marketplaces make tokenization invisible for property firms (think Shopify, but for real estate)
• How moves like JPMorgan’s set the stage for real estate and other private markets to eventually follow on-chain

Hello everyone 👋 I want to speak from a real place.
I’ve been selected by @Polytrade_fin as a City Leader candidate, and instead of making noise about it, I want to explain why this matters to me.
I didn’t arrive here as a big account or an insider. I started exactly where many of you are trying to understand the ecosystem, asking questions, making mistakes, and slowly learning how things actually work beneath the surface. I’ve experienced the confusion, the quiet moments, and the feeling of being unseen that smaller accounts often face.
That journey shaped how I think about leadership.
To me, leadership isn’t about titles or volume. It’s about clarity, presence, and responsibility. It’s about remembering where people struggle and making the path easier for those coming behind you.
If I’m trusted with this role, my approach is simple:
• practical guidance that’s easy to understand
• consistent presence and open communication
• community-first growth, not hype-driven cycles
• helping people build confidence before chasing numbers
I believe cities grow strongest when people feel guided, included, and supported not pressured or overlooked.
My guiding principle is clear:
Help the people first. The City will follow.
If this message connects with you, I’d be grateful for your support ❤️
Even a small gesture goes a long way.
Thank you for taking the time to read this. Let’s build something meaningful together.

Hey Everyone!!
THE KOALA here, i feel really horned to known that i have been given the opportunity to become the city leader and i am really grateful of @Polytrade_fin for that.
when i look back to the day when i started working, like any other person even i was:
confused, trying to learn things step by step, trying to understand how things really work, not just how they are marketed.
and now that i have finally figured out how things actually work, it feels that journey was all worth it
from an confused participant to the candidate selected for the city leader
I feel like the journey is something that truly shapes a leader because leadership isn’t about being loud.
It’s about knowing where people get stuck and helping them move forward.
If I’m given the chance to serve as a City Leader, this is how I’ll show up:
• clear guidance, no gatekeeping
• consistent presence, not disappearing
• building people first, then the ecosystem
• focusing on real progress, not empty hype
My belief is simple:
Strong cities are built when people feel supported, not overlooked.
If this resonates with you, I’d genuinely appreciate your support ❤️
Even a like or kind word helps more than you know.
Let’s grow together.
