Iran's Central Bank has opened accounts for toll collection in the Strait of Hormuz, according to Alaaedin Boroujerdi, a member of Iran's parliamentary national security and foreign policy commission. Iran has informed intermediaries it will not relinquish control over the strategic waterway.
