Russia intends to persist with military efforts until Kyiv agrees to negotiation terms deemed acceptable by Moscow, according to Russia's UN envoy Vasily Nebenzya. He stated during a UN Security Council meeting on Ukraine, convened at Western nations' request, that Kyiv's negotiation conditions are expected to deteriorate daily.
