Russia's Central Bank sets benchmark rate at 16.5%, within expected 16-17% range; aims to maintain strict monetary policy to bring inflation back to target. The bank projects an average key rate of 13.0-15.0% through 2026, with potential temporary inflation pressures by late 2025. Inflation forecast adjusted to 4-5% by 2026.
